Heb voor de volledigheid de spoelweerstanden van alledrie de bobines nog eens nagemeten:

Bosch 0221118307 (dit is de oude die uit de auto komt)
Primair: 0,7 Ohm; secundair: 9,40 kOhm

BERU ZS569
Primair: 0,8 - 0,9 Ohm; secundair: 7,86 kOhm

NGK U1076
Primair: 0,7 - 0,8 Ohm; secundair: 7,40 kOhm

Zoals te zien geen gekke waardes, snap dus nog niet waarom die NGK het niet deed.

Volgens de BERU catalogus (zie bijgevoegd screenshot) zou de ZS117 de juiste bobine moeten zijn, deze lijkt echter net zo moeilijk (lees: niet) verkrijgbaar te zijn als de Bosch.Screenshot_20221108-212347.jpg

Omdat mijn W123 230E automaat uit 1982 stationair niet helemaal lekker loopt, wil ik de bobine vervangen. De rest van de ontsteking (bougies + kabels + verdelerkap + rotor) zijn ca 10dkm geleden nog vervangen, bobine nog niet.

Volgens de grote (binnenlandse en buitenlandse) onderdelensites zou de U1076 van NGK moeten passen, echter ik krijg de stekker van de kabel die naar verdelerkap loopt er niet goed in. Hij blijft los zitten en wiebelt er zo uit. De koperen huls, waar de stekker in hoort te klemmen, zit bij de oude bobine ook veel dieper.

Iemand bekend met dit probleem?
