bedankt voor je duidelijke uitleg. Dat kroonsteentje waar die geelgroene draden op zitten en de toerentellerdkabel was inderdaad de oorzaak van het uitvallen. Ik heb alle contacten goed geborsteld en schoongemaakt en hij loopt weer perfekt. Ongelooflijk zoiets simpels, maar je moet het maar weten.

Het kan zijn dat de ontstekingsmodule het signaal niet doorgeeft wat hij van de groene kabel binnenkrijgt, maar zelf nog wel werkt? Je kon thuis komen met overbrugging van brandstofpomprelais.
Slecht contact in de stekker? Of in de module zelf?
Brandstofpomp relais zal uitschakelen zonder TD signaal, dus wel starten, maar afslaan.

Als je toerenteller niet werkt, zal het TD signaal niet werken, wat door de genoemde ontstekingsmodule kan komen, of door b.v de groene kabel tussen module en verdeler, of door een slecht contact.

Er hebben wat maanden tussen gezeten en heb ik niet aan de Benz kunnen werken door koude periode en lange vakantie.

Uiteindelijk bij Benzgarage gebracht:

het lag aan het transistorsyteem.
deze is een kastje (ongeveer 10x10cm)
bevestigd vlak naast de bobbine.
het is aluminiumachtig (legering) en
levert stroom aan de bobbine en aan de verdeler.
de fout was moeilijk op te sporen liet de monteur weten.

dus al mijn dure investeringen waren voor niets geweest.

Maar toch weer wat bijgeleerd. Hopelijk nu jullie ook.

In dat geval zal uiteindelijk het brandstofpomprelais via/via worden aangestuurd en uitgeschakeld.
Als je dus het brandsofpomprelais overbrugd zal dit e.v. defect zich niet voordoen, en moet de auto gewoon lopen. Als hij overbrugd ook niet loopt ligt de oorzaak elders<br><br>Post edited by: jan280CE, at: 2008/10/06 00:02

Deze wil nog wel eens voor problemen zoals beschreven zorgen. Dat betekend dat je of een nieuwe/andere zou moeten proberen/kopen of kijken of er ergens in het innere soldeerverbindingen niet meer in tact zijn. Mocht dat geen soelaas bieden, moet je jezelf toch iets meer in de werking van de inspuiting verdiepen
