Je moet dan even uitzoeken of je de juiste regel geeft aan de term commercieel, daar verdien je bij, niet geld uitgeven aan goederen. Dus je mag shoppen, maar geen goederen aan huis leveren voor je eigen/iemands zaak. Het kernwoord in de wetgeving is "recreatief gebruik".

Hetzelfde met die trekhaak, de ene wet zegt dat hij jaarlijks moet gekeurd worden bij een "zware" trekhaak (+750KG), maar nu blijkt dit niet meer te gelden voor O-platen :unsure:

Heb het ooit eens vermeld hier, er rijdt hier een madam rond, heeft nr-plaat 1-OAA2**, heel vroege O-plaat, koopt een wrakje die nog net door de O-keuring gaat, dan rijdt ze er een paar maanden mee en op herhaling. Stond een paar weken stil midden op een kruising, een drukke.

Heb dit eigenlijk ook geplaatst, niet alleen om duidelijkheid te scheppen in het O-platen land, maar ook om een discussie op gang te brengen, we will see hoeveel eigenaren van O-platen een beetje op de hoogte zijn van de wetgeving.
