Op de stoelen kon stof, leer of mb-tex (skai) geleverd worden. De laatste 2 waren extra's waarvoor extra betaald moest worden.
Het mb-tex is in principe onderhoudsvrij maar kan met water en zeep gewassen worden. Zonlicht (UV) laat in principe elke kunststof verouderen en kan deze laten scheuren.

Is er iemand die weet van wat voor materiaal de bekleding is gemaakt? Is het een soort skai o.i.d.? En hoe houdt je dit soepel en netjes, het is namelijk nogal gevoelig voor scheurtjes. Op diverse fora heb ik wel eens gelezen dat ze dit opppoetsen met bijv. WD40, maar gevoelsmatig heb ik daar wel twijfels bij.

Jazeker, dat past.
De kunststof delen breken wel erg snel dus voorzichtig ermee. De W111 had deze delen uit hout (behalve de 230S).
