Wij hadden in de gouden eeuw eigenlijk Spanje moeten veroveren inplaats van Indonesia ))

Echt mooi daar, lijkt wel op de BOLlenstreek.

Gisteren een mooi toertje gemaakt hier in de omgeving, dus hier maar weer een paar fotootjes! Het was prachtig weer (in een t-shirtje bij 20+ graden, en dat op 1 november!) totdat om een uur of vier de wind en regen de kop op stak, ik had al lange tijd geen hemelwater meer gezien hier.

In de subject staat de R tussen haakjes want dit was een prachtige afsluiter van het zomerseizoen met de W123!

Aankomst in de regio Teverga, een half uurtje van huis, 'poppels' in herstkleuren.

Natuurlijk de oude weg genomen, veel mooier. De huidige hoofdroute loopt door tunnels, maar de oude weg ligt er nog mooi omheen, door de kloof en langs de rivier.

Een stukkie verder op weer mooie herfstkleuren.

Altijd op zoek naar een mooie invalshoek

En toen begon het een beetje te betrekken

... en vlogen ons ineens de bladeren om de oren!

(dat is al weer de laatste van dit mini serietje)

Ik hoop onze Christelijke W123-kompanen niet voor het hoofd te stoten met deze titel, maar 't was toch wel toepasselijk (zie foto's hieronder).

Omdat er weer bezoek was zijn we maar weer eens de opgereden, om dit niet onaardige uitzichtje te bekijken (lekker makkelijk, 10 minuutjes rijden van huis). Op deze foto is ongeveer de helft van Oviedo te zien (de westelijke).

Hij is dan wel niet zo mooi afgewerkt als in Sao Paulo of Lissabon, maar hij staat er toch maar dag in, dag uit, een herkenningspunt voor in en om Oviedo ('s nachts helder verlicht, een wit kruisje tegen de donkere lucht).

Beste mensen,

Hier weer eens een update uit het mooie noorden van Spanje. Inmiddels mijn woonplaats niet meer, maar wel een goede vakantiebestemming. En ik heb er (voorlopig) mijn ´German jewel´ achtergelaten, die vanmorgen na 2 maanden geparkeerd gestaan te hebben (wel binnen; met afgekoppelde accu, harde banden en een volle tank) BIJ DE 1E SLAG DIRECT AANSLOEG! Daarna een mooie rit gemaakt waarvan ik jullie de plaatjes niet wilde onthouden. Ga er even voor zitten, want het is een aardige serie! (23pics) Wel gemaakt met een mobiele telefoon, maar dat mag de pret niet drukken.
