Ik wil van mijn camper waar een om616 in licht de krukaskeerring vervangen. Ik lees dat dan ook de loopring vervangen moet worden maar die is bij Mercedes niet meer leverbaar. Weet iemand of die nog ergens verkrijgbaar is?

Als de loopring is ingesleten, zal een nieuwe keerring weer lekken, als je deze op dezelfde plek op de as/loopring laat lopen.
Volgens mij kun je de loopring omdraaien, dan heb je een “nieuw” loopvlak, en dicht de nieuwe keerring af.
Ook zijn er verschillende diktes leverbaar van de keerring, zodat ook dan de lip van de keerring op een niet versleten stukje loopvlak komt.

je kunt de loopring inderdaad omdraaien. Hij is ook nog nieuw te koop van bv. Febi nr. 07462

Soms gaat hij niet makkelijk van de krukas, er is een speciale trekker voor maar ik hoop dat je die niet nodig hebt.

Hier kom ik verder mee bedankt. Maar hoe kan je het beste de loopring verwijderen zonder de speciale trekker?

Soms kun je hem er zo afpakken. Anders misschien een beetje opwarmen met een fohn (maar niet overdrijven).

Alles besteld bij autodoc maar vandaag eerst de kleppendekselpakking vervangen want die heb ik niet goed teruggeplaatst na het kleppenstellen . Ik hoop dat het nu opgelost is anders toch de keerring met loopring vervangen.

Ja de kleppendekselpakking kan veel olielekkage geven. Ik had hem laatst beschadig met de verstuivers erin draaien, dat gaf erg veel olielekkage waarvan ook niet meteen duidelijk was dat het van de kleppendeksel kwam.

De keerring zal meestal wel meevallen maar is wel een leuk klusje.

Ik heb de keerring met loopring in iedergeval nu op het schap liggen dus als hij nog lekt gaat dat ook gerepareerd worden. Ik rij nu niet zoveel met mijn camper dus zal een paar weken duren voordat ik weet of hij nu dicht is.

Van mijn OM616 kreeg ik de ring er laatst ook niet af. Toch de trekker moeten gebruiken maar kostte moeite om hem van iemand te kunnen lenen..
