Ik ben op zoek naar het onderdeel wat tussen de flens en de carburateur zit. Volgens mij heeft het iets met het vacuüm van de carburateur te maken. Heeft iemand van jullie hier toevallig een onderdeel nummer van? Of weet waar dit deel te bestellen is?

Voor zover ik weet is de volgorde: spruitstuk, pakking, zwarte dikke flens, pakking, carburateur. Die dikke pakking die op de foto tussen de carburateur en de zwarte flens zit herken ik niet en kan ik ook niet in de EPC vinden. Ik vermoed dat dit niet origineel is, misschien is het met de LPG-installatie veranderd.

Ik heb onlangs mijn carburateur gereviseerd, zie https://www.team-bhp.com/forum/diy-do-y ... ost5470782

je ziet op diverse foto’s hoe de carburateur aan het inlaatspruitstuk is bevestig. Het is me niet helemaal duidelijk welk onderdeel je nu zoekt? De pakking of dat rubber gedeelte? Beide standaar zo te verkrijgen bij de MD dealer of bijvoorbeeld Merco in Tilburg.

Ik heb de pakking tussen de carburateur en dat rubberen stuk vervangen. Artikelnummer A1150710180 Euro 4,54 ex.

Gewoon telefonisch besteld bij de lokale MB dealer in Gorinchem en de volgende ochtend opgehaald. Of zoek je iets anders?

bedankt voor de reacties, ik ga dit weekend eens goed kijken wat ik er dan tussen heb zitten. het lijkt op twee metalen plaatjes met een stuk rubber er tussen die op elkaar geperst zijn.

Zal wel met de LPG installatie te maken hebben. In ieder geval niet origineel.

Het LPG invoerstuk zit voor de carburateur, zoals op de eerst foto in het openingsbericht is te zien.
Mogelijk dat dit onderdeel het vacuum meet na de carburateur, en dat naar de verdamper/drukregelaar stuurt?
Of zit er een klepsmeersysteem op?
Je hebt op de foto de slang vast die aan het onderdeel zit geschroefd, waar gaat die naartoe?

de slang loopt naar een elektrisch regel blokje wat er onder hangt. vanaf af het blok loopt dan weer een slang naar het gat in mijn luchtfilterbehuizing.

of er een kleppensmeersysteem opzit weet ik niet. maar ik ga er van uit dat dit niet het geval is.

Op de laatste foto zie ik het elektrische regelblok zoals je het noemt, met aan de ene kant de slang naar het invoerstuk, aan de andere kant zit m.i. een afgesneden slang.

Zit de bedrading van het regelblok nog ergens aan vast?

Welke slang loopt er naar een gat in je luchtfilterbehuizing?

Welke slang loopt er naar een gat in je luchtfilterbehuizing?

de afgesneden slang gaat naar het gat in het luchtfilter.

zit de bedrading van het regelblok nog ergens aan vast?

deze loopt loopt naar de originele kabelboom en dan naar de zekeringkast.

Ik kom er zo ook niet achter waar de flens voor dient.
Misschien is het beter om hem ertussenuit te laten, en ook dat elektrische kastje met bedrading en al te verwijderen.

Heb je misschien een vacuum-meter ? Anders een regelaar (dat blokje) voor de LPG- installatie, zoiets als een luchtmassameter wat de hoeveelheid LPG (fijn) regelt. Wat staat er trouwens op dat tussenstuk, niets over te vinden ?

geen idee of er een luchtmassameter op zit. (het lijkt mij niet) ik heb het wel eens gegoogeldmaar daar wordt ik niet veel wijzer van.

Google eens Doduco 35001005, zonder spatie. Is een soort warmloopregelaar van een Wurm katalysator. Ik zou het persoonlijk volledig verwijderen. Wurm kat met carburateur zorgt eerder voor ellende dan dat het daadwerkelijk effect heeft.
