Heb zojuist van de europese commissie antwoord gekregen op mijn klacht dat de belgische technische controle een goedkeuring van een belgische LPG-installateur eisten om een wagen die in de europese gemeenschap een LPG-installatie had ingebouwd gekregen en aldaar al technisch goedgekeurd was in Belgie voor inschrijving te keuren.
De commissie heeft me in het gelijk gesteld,een attest van in mijn geval de litouwse installateur moet volstaan.Belgie moet zijn reglementering aanpassen.
Dus gedaan met 2000€ voor een LPG-installatie,de litouwers doen het minstens even goed en modern voor 500 tot 700€.
Copie van het europese schrijven als bijlage.Was de eerste keer niet zo handig met de computer.

Holé, kan je ze ook laten eisen dat ze een Nederlands of Duits gelijkvormigheidsattest aanvaarden? Ik zit met een klein ideetje...

ik lees in de brief dat het gaat om een auto die ten tijde van de keuring in Litouwen ook als Litouws voertuig was ingeschreven.
Zou het dan nog verschl maken of het een Belgiese of Nederlandse auto is die in Litouwen wordt gekeurd?
Of geldt gewoon dat een keuring in Litouwen, waar d eauto verder ook vandaag moge komen, overal in de hele EG geldt?

Ik ga ervan uit dat een litouwse keuring enkel voor een in Litouwen ingeschreven voertuig kan.
Maar dat een litouws installatieattest zoals dat door de litouwse keuring wordt aanvaard ook moert worden aanvaard door de belgische keuring.
