Antenne W123

Beste mensen,

Ik heb een radio in mijn auto maar hiermee ontvang ik heel weinig zenders en die vallen soms ook weg.
Het probleem is dat ik geen antenne heb.
Ik wil een antenne aanschaffen maar ik weet niet welke ik dan precies moet aanschaffen.
Ik heb wel een plek waar ik de antenne op kan bevestigen.
Mijn vraag is welke antenne heb ik nodig en moet het zwarte rubbertje (zie foto) er eerst af?
En draai is de antenne dan erop of klikt het?

Volgens mij is dit gewoon een antenne die ingeschoven is. Even omhoog trekken en ja radio doet het weer.
Er hoort een soort sleuteltje bij wat je in de beide gaatjes bovenop kunt steken om hem het eerste stukje omhoog te wippen en dan verder gewoon met de hand verder trekken.

Beetje wd40 erin, hij moet nog een stuk verder eruit kunnen.
