Beste forumleden ineens merk ik een gekke olie lekkage op bij mijn auto..
Het is van deze bout 19 bij het demonteren heb ik een nieuwe gehaald met een nieuwe ringetje maar helaas nog steeds lekkage.

Kwam er toen achter dat het eigenlijk komt van tussen het stukje schoefdraad en het blok zeg maar iemand hiermee bekend het is ineens.

Helaas niemand die me kan helpen ?

Of dit ook heeft gehad

Mijn 200D '77 oud type blok met oliebad filter heeft precies dezelfde lekkage de bout is van een niet gebruikte aansluiting ik vermoed dat er ook blokken zijn met oliefilterhuis aan de voorkant en dat het daar mee te maken heeft.
Deze bout is afgesloten met een o-ring er schijnen 2 verschillende type afdicht ringen te zijn wat ik zo kan vinden uit de engelstalig forums.

Heel erg bedankt pieter is heel raar van geen lekkage ineens lekt het daar dus weet echt niet waarom heb er niet aan gezeten of wat dan ook nu er een nieuwe ring inzit al moet ik wel erbij zeggen dat de ring gewoon een koperen ring is die ze bij de automaterialen zaak uit een bakje hebben gehaald zelfde maat.

Zit daar niet de spanner van de distributieketting onder?

De as van de oliepomp zit eronder.

Met een nieuwe o ring zou het dicht moeten zijn lijkt me.

Heb ik gedaan mischien te vast gedraaid verkeerde moment iemand die het juiste moment weet voor deze bout ?

Vandaag dezelfde bout uit een sloop blok gedraait deze was duidelijk over torque en beschadigd en zat wat vloeibare pakking tussen de schroefdraad om deze dicht te krijgen dus niet echt een goede referentie.
Maar het geeft wel aan dat dit een meer voorkomend probleem is.
De bout heeft een conische passing ik vermoed dat er orgineel een o ring inzit van ongeveer 20mm binnen diameter en 2mm dik.

Klopt is 22mm binnendiameter o ring heb ik namelijk vernieuwd weer maar nu even afwachten want zat een aluminium o ring op die vernieuwd lekte ook nu over gegaan op koper dus wacht het even af

Helaas vandaag na me werk gereden bij aankomst ff snel kap open en lekt nog steeds.

Deze zit vast met een boutje 16 aan de zijkant dan trek je dit onderdeeel er zo uit de tapdraad ik weet niet hoe dit onderdeel heet of wat het is heb alles schoongemaakt en terug geplaatst helaas lekt het nog steeds maar als je goed ziet aan de zijkant van het huisje zit een soort van o ring weet niet of deze nog nieuw te verkrijgen is…

Iemand die me kan vertellen hoe dit heet of beter zelfs of de ring nieuw te kopen is

Nummer 42 is de metalen afdichtring, nummer 43 is de O-ring

Ik kom er tot mijn spijt achter dat ik helemaal vergeten ben om de betreffende bout uit een oud motorblok te trekken zoals ik wel beloofd heb. Drukte en ziekte zijn hiervan de redenen. Gelukkig hebben andere leden wél actief gereageerd en jijzelf ook. De bus die jij in je handen hebt, daar zit zeer waarschijnlijk het probleem, zeker omdat je de afdichtring van de sluitmoer al hebt vervangen.
De o-ring lijkt aan de buitenkant) niet meer het juiste model te hebben maar is afgeplat. Hierdoor dicht deze niet meer af. Het vervangen van de o-ring is de oplossing. Dit komt vaker voor doordat het rubber uithardt (a.g.v. leeftijd, temperatuur, etc.) en vervangen is de enige remedie. Iedere zich zelf respecterende technische groothandel kan je de juiste ring leveren. Lukt dit niet reageer dan even via een bericht.

Ik bedank jullie vriendelijk pieter en rd500sec ik ga het morgen even bij de dealer proberen hem te bestellen.

En monteren en hopelijk dan met resultaat zo blijf je een beetje bezig

Het is gelukt ringetje 43 op het plaatje gehaald alleen bij de dealer verkrijgbaar was nog geen 3 eur
Erop gezet en probleem is opgelost thanks allemaal

Beste maten van de W123 forum mijn vraag was eigenlijks als volgt sinds ik hieraan heb gezeten is me oliedruk drastisch gezakt namelijk koude start niet over de 1,5 bar nu weet ik waarschijnlijk zeker dat ik hier iets heb verkl**t alleen weet ik niet echt wat heb dat huisje eruitgehaald schoongemaakt nieuwe ringetje erop en alles weer in elkaar geschroefd.

Wat ik me alleen wel kan herinneren is dat ik aan een boutje heb lopen draaien die in het gat zit denk van de olie pomp waarvan de tap omgekeerd is dus vastdraaien is los en los draaien is vast iemand misschien raad ?

Als de oliepomp onder die bout zit, en je hebt daar wat aan zitten draaien, misschien is er een afstelling verdraaid ofzo.
een specifieke dieselmonteur zal het je moeten kunnen vertellen. Een oliepomp die versleten is geeft ook minder oliedruk.

maar compressie meten is een optie, dan weet je ook waar je aan toe bent met het blok. Het zal zomaar kunnen dat alle 4 de zuigerveren dezelfde dag zijn gebroken. Ik heb het zelf wel eens een x meegemaakt, toen was het opeens een zomer starter geworden.
