Eerste reparatie: Elektrisch schuifdak functioneerde niet

-contact uit
-schakelaar uit houten dashboard gewipt
-schakel mechanisme op de scharnier puntjes voorzichtig opengewipt
-pas op veertjes met kogeltjes komen vrij
-twee koperen plaatjes eruit gehaald
-vet verwijderd uit schakelaar (snap niet waarom dat daarin zar ? soort lager vet, veel ook)
-polen afgeschuurd met schuurpapier op een klein schroevedraaiertje
-schakelaar in elkaar gezet, testen
-schakelaar terug gezet

Eerste klusje geklaard !

7-6 Vandaag naast andere twee projectjes ook even de antenne puntje 4 opgepakt.

Uitbouw antenne erg lastig door Gastank. Door schroeven met tang te verdaaien ipv kruiskop toch gelukt.

Uiteindelijk alle delen van antenne bewegend gekregen:
-1 1 antenne deel heeft geen stoprandje meer dus die wordt eruit geduwd
-2 Onderste deel antenne krom dus nooit meer volledige inschuif

Conclusie : er moet een nieuwe spriet komen.

Nieuwe Antenne Afdicht stop mofje 1268271598 (grommets tuelle 20 auta 74 FW 123) had erg smal randje en was te stug. Olie erop en warm kneden, plopt er dan zo in.

Ik ging net even kijken naar mijn Puntje:

Zou te zien moeten zijn aan vul ventielen.

Verder proberen te meten of bij aanzetten de spanning meetbaar is op de koppeling van de pomp. Niets dus.
Koppeling slaat niet aan.


Dus vraag 1) ALs hij niet draait maakt het ook niet uit of hij gevuld is. Wel dus want er zitten blijkbaar drukschakelaasrs in.
Wat heb ik gedaan. Ik heb de ventielen beide ingedrukt en ik kan niet zeggen dat er enorme druk op stond ????
Dussssssss bijna leeg denk ik. Of hele maal leeg .....

Zou ook graag weten waar die schakelrelais zitten voor de pomp. Ik las aan bestuurders kant bij accu , maar daar zitten ze bij mij niet.

Verder omdat er nog druk op systeem staat betekent het dat het Airco-systeem iig niet major lek is.

Waarmee is airco systeem gevuld ?

Waarom drait hij niet:
1)Niet genoeg vulling, te weinig druk dus daardoor slaat hij niet aan
2)Systeem vet lek.....
3)Druk relais stuk
4)temp regelaar stuk
5)Iets anders



Ben verder in blijde verwachting van Antenne en Drehzahlmesser !

De antenne is weer ingebouwd. Nieuwe antenne spriet geplaatst die bij Conrad vandaan komt. Hirschman 04 voor auta 6000EL f459. Gisteren heerlijke stukken gereden, helaas aantal vraagtekens herrezen.......


-schijfdakschakelaar weer raar

-gerepareerde antenne schuift weer niet meer geheel in ? Zou het komet door rijden met uitgeschoven antenne onder verkeerde hoek ????????????

-TomTom geeft structureel 10km lager aan dan op de km/teller ??? KLopt dit zit er verkeerde, verwisselt tellerwerk in ????

-toch veel windgehoor bij 120-130 km/u

-idem met motor geluid


Maar de rit was bovennatuurlijk !
Met name omdat ik op de dijk vlak bij huis een knalrode W123 tegenmoet reed

Motor en wind is niet heel vreemd, wind kun je misschien nog verhelpen met nieuwe portierrubbers, maar dat is wel prijzig.
Dat je teller afwijkt is ook niet vreemd. Wat voor banden heb je eronder? Ik rij zelf met iets kleinere banden, en dat geeft ook zo'n 10% afwijking. Je schijnt aan je teller te kunnen zien van welk model hij is, maar daar heb ik zelf geen verstand van. Google en dit forum kunnen je daar wellicht bij helpen

Goed bezig Heino!Alleen je to-do lijstje wordt steeds langer,komt me bekend voor.Kmteller afwijking van 10% is normaal ook als je de goede maat banden hebt.Windgeruis kan ook van je schuifdak -of je raamrubbers vandaan komen en ook kan je je ramen meer naar binnen of buiten stellen.Ojee nu wordt je lijstje weer langer.Overigens,volgens mij heb je 2 fans,een voor de radiator,voor de airco en een er achter voor je motortemperatuur.Misschien heb je nog wel meer fans maar dat kan ik niet weten[je vrouw bijvoorbeeld].

Net even wat bekeken en gecheckt.

Mijn ega zegt steeds, hou toch op man, ga gewoon rijden....



Ik moest wat specifiek weten van de Impco - Model E vergasser en M200-2 mixer. Verder de maten op gemeten voor andere filter.

Nou bekruipt me het vermoeden dat de Kop ooit is vervangen......
Verder rare aluminium 'smelt bramen' boven achterste uitlaat spruitstuk.

Besteld klepstelsleutel. pakking deksel. filter. snaren.
bezig met luchtfilter
dak ging weer niet open vandaag ?

Op de eerste snaar stond een code die begon met 2/84 .......?
Het zal toch niet dat die snaar nog gewoon de eerste is die erop is gegaan ?
