Ik zie nu dat in de blauwe cirkel een vacuümleiding hebt aangesloten op de ADA. Dat hoort niet, daar hoort geen leiding op aangesloten te zijn.

De ADA zorgt er voor dat je dieselpomp minder diesel inspuit als je in de bergen rijdt (waar minder zuurstof is).

Maar met zo'n hulplijn gaat het goed komen Bart.

Hey govert. Ben deze morgen al beetje bezig geweest met rubbers en dergelijke te vervangen. Het schema is mij niet helemaal duidelijk evenwel namelijk die nummer 62 waar gaat die in ? Die leiding van de u bocht: naar modulator ? D is goed aangesloten nu. Wat komt er binnen op 65 ?

Als je de EGR afkoppelt, dan komt blauw meteen aan de drieweg te zitten waar rood (bij het omschakelventiel) aan verbonden zit. Er moet wel een gecalibreerde doorgang tussen zitten, dat is nr. 63.

Hey govert. Denk dat ik hem doorheb. Maar om zeker te zijn: die gecalibreerde doorgang wat wordt daar juist mee bedoeld ? Want nummer 62 en 63 zijn hetzelfde genoemd dus is dit gewoon stuk aansluitrubber ? Dus het zwart gekleurd stukje, daar moet blauwe leiding in dan he ? Das ook een drieweg.

Een gecalibreerde doorgang of in het Duits "Drossel" is een hele kleine doorgang. Daardoor worden de luchtstromen gedempt, leidt tot verbetering van het vacuümsignaal. Zo'n doorgang is een hard stukje plastic, daar sluit je de rubber aansluitmofjes op aan.

Als je de EGR afkoppelt, dan wordt de drieweg (waar de blauwe punt op staat) inderdaad een tweeweg.

Bedankt voor je uitleg. Ben er gisteren nog eens aan begonnen. Lekkages heb ik niet gevonden. Alles nu correct aangesloten.

Die drossels, kan je dat bestellen bij de dealer of zijn dit gewoon standaard verbindingen die je kan vinden in zaken waar ze persluchtaccesoires verkopen of dergelijke ? Volgens mij wel.

Best bestellen bij dealer evenals de gecalibreerde doorgang.
Is heel belangrijk dat deze er op zit.

Voor de zekerheid moet je nog zoeken met chassisnummer.

Ik zou die gecalibreerde doorgangen e.d. bij de dealer halen, want je weet niet precies hoe groot de doorgang is (hoewel het er soms bijstaat).

Govert. Wat is het onderdeelnummer van de drossel ? Want bij dealer is her niet te vinden blijkbaar.

Volgens mij nr. 833, dus A1162701247, maar de dealer moet zoeken met behulp van je chassisnummer, dan filtert het systeem niet juiste onderdelen. Het staat in groep 27.

Wil je het echt goed doen, dan moet je ook nog even de nummers noteren van de motor en versnellingsbak en vergelijken of ze overeenstemmen met de gegevens op de datacard en het onderdeelsysteem. Er zijn soms andere motoren en versnellingsbakken gemonteerd.

De nodige onderdelen zijn ondertussen besteld. Het heeft nogal wat voeten in de aarde gehad om die drossels te kunnen bestellen maar is toch gelukt. Hoop van ze morgen te gaan ophalen in Aalst .

Deze avond nog wat bestelde stukken gaan ophalen bij de dealer. Ging dit weekend alles plaatsen maar vingers jeukten te hard

Govert, ik heb die drossels geinstalleerd zoals aangegeven: eentje dus bij aftakking 1 van de grote vaculeiding en nummer 2 nabij het regelventiel op het kleppendeksel. Ook het heveltje in plastic is vervangen.
Ook die groene dashpot zit nu ook tussen de leidingen

Heb van alles foto's gemaakt: is alles goed aangesloten ?

Zonet een eerste proefrit gemaakt: auto schakelt nu slechter, ttz: bak schakelt goed tot z'n derde. Naar 4e slippen. Tenzij ik van D naar S trek en dan terug. Maar dan mag ik wel niet teveel gas geven of het slippen herbegint. Wat nu ?

Govert, wat die drossels betreft en dan specifiek die tweede aan het omschakelventiel: waar exact moet deze zitten ? aan de kant van het omschakelventiel (dus voor de tweesprong) of erna, zoals ik het momenteel aangesloten heb ?

Y op omschakelventtiel zit verkeerd.
Wit stukje moet op de bruine leiding zitten.

Wa bedoel je met wit stukje ?
