pffffffffffff geen erg in gehad heb nog een 250 blok te staan met maar 22dzd km gedraaid

pff het heeft even geduurd maar het blok zit er weer in. het duurde zo lang omdat tijdens de demontage van de starterkrans 2 speciaal boutjes met een soort torx kop doordraaide daar heb ik toen een moer opgelast om ze los te krijgen en dat ging goed, dus 2 nieuwe boutjes besteld bij Mercedes krijg ik twee kopbouten geleverd dus die konden weer terug en weer opnieuw besteld. maar goed ze zitten er weer in. ze moesten los i.v.m het vervangen van de krukaskeerring, de krukas moest er ook voor uit. maar nu is het blok weer opgebouwd met nieuwe krukaskeerring voor, achter, carterpakking, koppakkingset, klepseals, set boegies en nog wat klein spul. en de kleppen gesteld, de uitlaatkleppen stonden te krap. het blok zit er in en bijna alles is aangesloten, nog een paar vacuüm slangetjes die had ik allemaal gelabeld maar waren een paar stickertjes verdwenen dus word even uitzoeken. en nog een goede middendemper zoeken, en bij montage bleek de automaatbaksteun gescheurd dus daar is een nieuwe voor besteld. deze week willen we hem lopend hebben en dan nog wat kleine klusjes en dan kan die naar de apk.

de motor heeft nog niet gedraaid want we moeten nog even uitzoeken waar een aantal vacuümslangen heen moeten en we zijn nog opzoek naar een uitlaatdemper. er zat ook nog wat laswerk aan de dorpelkop linksvoor en onder de koplamp, daar heeft iemand besloten dat het een goed idee is om aan de binnenkant er een stuk plaat tegenaan te lassen en ik kan dat niet aanzien dus de slijptol ging er weer in. maar eerst moest het voorscherm eraf en daar ben ik toch 1.5 uur mee bezig geweest om het los te krijgen want het is een origineel scherm wat er nog nooit af is geweest dus het zit nog met de kit vast maar na insnijden, warm maken met een föhn en spanning erop zetten kwam die uiteindelijk los. dus eest de dorpelkop gerepareerd.

toen die klaar was heb ik de slijptol in de koplamprand gezet en eerst de buitenplaat hersteld zodat de maat goed bleef, en dan de binnenkant weggehaald, nieuw stuk gemaakt en weer ingelast gaat toch weer een hoop tijd inzitten. maar dan in de primer en ik heb de gelaste delen bijgewerkt met anti steenslag, ik had er nog nooit mee gewerkt maar werkt goed en een mooi resultaat

er zat ook nog een klein roestplekje bij de achterplaat boven de uitlaat, waarschijnlijk heeft de uitlaatbeugel een tikje uitgedeeld, het was een klein deukje dus uitgedeukt en schoongemaakt en in de primer en kan ik het weer netjes afwerken. de accubak heb ik weer zwart gespoten en zit er weer in. dan de koplamprand bijgespoten en kon het scherm er weer op en lijkt het weer meer op een auto. nu de andere kant nog daar is het alleen de koplamprand dus valt wel meer maar ook daar moet het scherm eraf maar eerst moet de auto van de brug af want er moet weer een ander project op. als ik tijd heb van de week demonteer ik het spatbord en kan ik de koplamprand aanpakken.

vandaag de 250 weer mee genomen naar de werkplaats, sinds de vorige werkzaamheden had ik hem weer thuis neer gezet omdat ik geen tijd had om hem af te maken. nu willen we hem netjes afmaken en dan kan die in de verkoop, tja je kan niet alles houden. inmiddels zijn de eerste klusjes al weer gebeurd ik zal morgen weer wat foto's maken.

ja zeker weten het is echt een hele nette auto , eigenlijk jammer dat die in de verkoop gaat

vandaag het plekje boven de uitlaat demper netjes gespoten, dan het wielrandje ra vulprimer, schuren, op kleur spuiten, blanke lak. er zat nog een plekje bij het onderrandje van het spatbord rv bij de dorpel ik had daar al een nieuw stukje in gezet nu netjes strakgemaakt, primer, uitschuren, op kleur spuiten en weer blanke lak er op. van de week de plekken poetsen en dan zie je het bijna niet meer, als je goed kijkt kan je het altijd zien dat er bijgespoten is maar ik ben niet ontevreden. dan nog wat van die kleine klusjes zoals de sierstrip onder de deur lv zat los dus een nieuw setje drukkertjes erop en de strip weer opnieuw gemonteerd. een drukkertje van de vloermat weer vastgemaakt. het achterlicht rechts is gescheurd maar een nieuwe is besteld met een middenstripje van de gril want die is een beetje verkreukeld. nog een deeltje bij Mercedes bestellen en dan kunnen we hem afmaken.

ja het is zeker een mooie kleur voor de auto, past er mooi bij zeker met het donkerblauwe interieur

ja zat ik ook al aan te denken, ik zal eens kijken wat ik doe

vandaag kwamen het achterlicht en het chroomstripje voor de gril ook binnen dus gelijk maar in orde gemaakt. gril er even af, binnenwerk eruit, nieuw middenstripje erop, gril gepoetst en weer in elkaar. achterlicht was gescheurd maar op de foto zie je het eigenlijk niet totdat ik hem zo doormidden brak dus nieuw achterlicht erin en klaar. de plekken die ik bijgespoten had heb ik gepoetst en de voorkant van de dorpel rv had ik al eerder met antisteenslag behandeld maar was veel te dik dus was weggezakt dus nu even geschuurd, afgeplakt en weer netjes bijgewerkt. dan nieuwe clipjes er op en het stripje weer gemonteerd. dan nog wat kleine lak beschadigingetjes bijgetipt met primer dus morgen even netjes bijwerken en morgen kan die ook de brug op dus dan de onderkant even nalopen en waar nodig bijwerken met tectyl.

Ziet er weer mooi uit. Zeker nu dat neusje weer deukvrij is

vandaag een nieuwe slang voor tussen het spruitstuk en luchtfilter opgehaald bij Mercedes, wel raar dat ik een paar weken terug voor een W115 zo'n slang heb besteld en die was netjes op maat maar nu voor de W123 kon het alleen per meter. dus heb nog een stukkie over kan weer in de voorraad ( of iemand hier moet nog een stuk nodig hebben) maar goed het zit weer netjes, heb nu ook de slang voor onderuit de tank dus dat volgende week maar eens in orde maken, het begint wat te worden zo

vandaag nog wat kleine dingetjes gedaan aan de 250, nieuw kentekenplaathouder aan de voorkant want het kunststof was gescheurd, de deuren, wielranden achter en de balk onder de achterlichten in de holle wax gespoten zodat het weer goed beschermd is van binnen, dat staat nu uit te lekken dus er zit weer genoeg in de uitlaat pijpjes wat je ziet geschuurd, zinkprimer en zwart gespoten ( na klachten over de roestige pijpjes ) en verse benzine erin, ik had hem van de week al gewassen en heb ook de remvloeistof gemeten en die is te oud dus gaan we ook verversen en dan is die toch echt bijna klaar

oja ik had ook nog de brandstofslangen bij de tank vervangen die waren er ook wel aan toe, de slang onderuit de tank begon gelijk te lekken als je hem aan raakte. dus is nu ook weer in orde
