Volgens mij is dit een 280C. Ik zie toch echt een carburateur, er moet nog wel een tube aan het luchtfilter huis.
Een 280CE heeft injectie en dat heeft deze niet.

De tube is een aanzuigbuis vanaf ca. rechts naast de radiator naar het luchtfilter dus en hierdoor wordt verse lucht aangezogen wanneer de motor op temperatuur is gekomen.

Helaas niet door de APK gekomen twee afkeur punten:

Handrem was niet goed

linker voorband was schuin afgesleten maar te erg omdat de draagarm rubbers op waren die had ik al vervangen maar de band verder niet gecontroleerd.

Dus nu maar even in orde maken en dan maandag nog een keertje naar de APK.

Hoi Koen,

Als je de draagarmrubbers hebt vervangen zou ik de auto ook laten uitlijnen, anders is je band strak weer schuin afgesleten.

Ja dat raadde de garage mij ook aan dus dat laat ik ook nog even doen! De APK punten zijn alweer gemaakt, handrem is losgemaakt en doet het nu goed. En de linker voorband is vervangen, dus maandag morgen nog een keer heen. Vanmorgen weer naar de APK geweest en goedgekeurd tot 2020. Geen aantekeningen dus perfect zo!

Toch even een mooie rit gehad van huis naar apk heen en weer De 6 cilinder ging als een speer en loopt perfect. koude start is goed en warme start ook zoals het hoort. Binnen kort nog even olie vervangen en nieuw filter erin, maar nu eerst een week werken en als ik dan volgende week dinsdag thuis kom ben ik 18 en dan nog één dag wachten en dan mag ik alleen rijden in mijn Benz! Zo wat een dag gisteren van alles mee gemaakt met de eerste echte rit van de Benz. Zo was ik eerst samen met mijn ouders wat aan het rondrijden en dat ging probleemloos. Tot dat ik smiddags zou schaatsen, dus de schaatsten meegenomen en richting Giethoorn gereden niet zo ver van mij +-12km.

Net voor Giethoorn net over de kruising stopte de Benz er mee en wou niet meer starten. Dus een maat op gebeld en die sleepte me naar zijn huis iets verderop. Hij is leerling auto monteur dus we gingen meteen kijken wat het kon zijn. We konden al gauw zeggen dat hij niet goed vonkte dus hebben een ander bobine geprobeerd die hij nog had liggen van de Volvo maar dat had geen baat. Toen toch maar m'n vader gebeld en die zou me wel even ophalen. Dus m'n vader sleepte me naar huis en we deden hem in de loods om te kijken. Mijn vader zegt als hij nog contact puntjes heeft is dat het dacht hij.

Mijn vader pakte meteen de verdeler kap eraf en heeft de puntjes schoongemaakt. Weer gemonteerd en starte beter dan eerst de m110 liep meteen . Ik was weer helemaal blij en konden we toch alsnog schaatsen. Binnenkort nog wel even kijken of ik zo vast nieuwe puntjes kan kopen.

Dat was de eerste dag dat ik kon rijden met de Benz haha! Mag ook ik had haar net ontwaakt uit de 3 jarige slaap.

Let wel op wat voor puntjes je koopt, die van Bosch zijn niet zo goed. Beter zijn de puntjes van Beru. Ook altijd gelijk met de puntjes de condensator vernieuwen!!

Zo inmiddels alweer een poosje aan het rijden met de w123c. Ze rijd nog steeds geweldig maar zelfs steeds beter Ik heb de afgelopen tijd meerdere vorderingen gemaakt onder andere

olie ververst + filter
Spoorstang RV vervangen en laten uitlijnen
Andere radio en andere boxen achter
waterpomp vervangen

Ook heb ik nu een hokje voor mezelf die ik deel met mijn buurman. Dus als ik een week weg ben staat mijn W123 lekker binnen. En dan word het alweer bijna winter, waardoor de W123 bijna naar binnen moet Wat ga ik hem missen in die drie maanden niet rijden. Gelukkig staat hij wel lekker binnen en kan ik wat klusjes doen..
Ik wil achter verzwaarde veren eronder gaan zetten, omdat hij me toch wel erg doorhangt en als ik dan mensen op de achterbank heb, dat het geen probleem meer moet zijn.

Er moet iets met de uitlaat gebeurden, in januari had ik hem dicht gelast maar er zitten alweer diverse gaten in.. En er rammelt iets in mijn midden demper? Ik heb al geïnformeerd om er een RVS uitlaat onder te laten zetten, maar dat zal toch rond de 1100 euro worden.. Dus weet ik nog niet wat ik ga doen of ik zelf iets ga lassen en dan geen rvs.. Misschien ga ik nu vloeken in de kerk, maar er mag van mij ook wel een sportdemper onder om het geluid van die 6 cilinder iets meer naar voren te laten komen iemand ervaring met een sportdemper op een m110?

En dan nog de stoelen.. Bij de bestuurders kant aan de voorzijde heb ik instapschade, nu ben ik al is bij een stoffeerder in Zwolle geweest en die kon heel veel soorten pullman bestellen behalve de mijne.. Of ik laat de voorstoelen twee andere kleuren pullman opzetten wel wat er het meest op lijkt of ik laat er een bruin lapje over heen zetten.. Nog iets om over na te denken.

Verder wou ik toch wel graag een auto hebben in de winter, dus heb ik nog een Mercedes gekocht Dit keer geen oude Mercedes, tenminste geen oldtimer.. Ik heb een SLK 230 kompressor van 1997 gekocht om de wintermaanden door te komen.. Hij had wat plekjes rondom die heb ik bijgewerkt, en eigenlijk is het een super auto! Rijd geweldig en met het dak eraf rijden is toch ook wel super leuk. En met de 193pk voor ca 1200 kilo is het een hele vlotte auto en zit ik er over te denken om hem toch nog wel wat langer te houden

Maar toch blijft de W123 op nummer 1, ik heb hem nu een jaar in bezit en ik hoop dat ik er nog vele jaren van mag genieten, wat een auto!

ha ha, nummer 2 is ook aangeschaft. eigenlijk een zomerauto met je open dak! het MB virus heeft toegeslagen?

Ja klopt maar het virus zat er al wat langer hoor mijn vader heeft ook twee Benzen en mijn opa reed ook altijd Mercedes.

Poehh wat een drukke week

Al sinds woensdag elke dag bezig met mijn W123 en nu is het al zaterdag. Ik wou vooral veel aan mijn auto doen in de winter maar ik heb al bijna alles klaar

Waar ik het meest tegen opkeek waren het vervangen van de veren en schokdempers achter. Maar eigenlijk viel het reuze mee.. Ik denk dat ik 1,5e dag bezig ben geweest. Gelukkig had ik een beetje hulp van een automonteur in opleiding scheelt altijd wat. Ik had geen brug ter beschikking maar op grond was het ook prima te doen. Dus de verzwaarde 'taxi'veren zitten er onder en een setje nieuwe schokbrekers. Hij staat er een stuk mooier bij!

Verder moest er ook wat aan mijn uitlaat gedaan worden. Maar dat heb je misschien wel gelezen hebt op mijn topic over mijn uitlaat. Ik heb hem er onderweg gehaald en dicht gelast dus ook daar even geen omkijken meer naar en het klinkt wel lekker met zo'n lege midden demper

En dan heb ik vandaag ook nog even de kleppen gesteld. Dat had ik nog niet gedaan sinds mijn aankoop, maar was echtwel nodig. Alles moest wat ruimer gesteld worden.. En nu loopt hij weer prachtig, helaas mag ik de weg nog niet op..

Er zijn altijd nog wat kleine dingen en anders nog is goed naar de SLK kijken, ik denk dat rode remklauwen daar ookwel leuk onder zullen staan

Vandaag nieuwe puntjes, verdeel kap, rotor, bougie kabels en bougie's vervangen. En och wat start ie lekkerrr!

Ook gelijk even een klein rondje gereden! Wat een verschil met die nieuwe veren achter en wat loopt die motor soepel echt geweldig! Hij lijkt ook beter te schakelen dan voorheen. Is het al 1 maart???

Nog even wachten en we mogen weerr Helaas heb ik nog steeds niet dezelfde kleur stof gevonden. Misschien dan toch maar een bruin lapje erover heen laten zetten
