In dit logboek een overzicht van aanschaf tot heden. Het logboek betreft mijn W123 300D uit December 1982.
Gekocht op 21-8-2007 en werd afgeleverd op 24-8-2007. Helaas heb ik toen geen foto's gemaakt.
Ik heb haar aanschaft bij Topklassiekers in Doetinchem.

De onderhoudshistorie is grotendeels ingevuld in het boekje. Daarnaast Zijn er TUV rapporten van juli 2007 aanwezig en de laatste rekeningen. Herr Hans Georg Peitzsch heeft de wagen bij 191200 KM voorzien van nieuwe winterbanden en een Diesel KAT en een onderhoudsbeurt totaal van euro 720,52.
dus gezien de staat van de auto en de documentatie die er was..was ik wel verkocht 11 jaar geleden.
De wielkasten hadden achter aandacht nodig, en er zat een deuk in de deur en de koppeling was niet goed.

De papieren die voorhanden waren bij de aanschaf van de 300D heb ik altijd keurig bewaard.

Voordat ik na het RDW ging heb ik van de Duitse papieren goede fotokopieen gemaakt.
Daarnaast gelijk ook een map gemaakt waar de gehele onderhoudhistorie in bijgehouden gaat worden.
Na 10 jaar is dit inmiddels een zeer compleet verhaal.

Toen ze eenmaal afgeleverd was heb ik de 300D opgeknapt en rijklaar gemaakt.
Hiervan heb ik niet veel foto's van gemaakt maar enkele heb ik er nog.
Wat heb ik als eerste gedaan:

1) Plaatwerk (deuk en spatbord randen en deuren)
2) Koppeling vervangen.
3) Interieur laten reinigen.
4) Grote Beurt (alle filters e.t.c.)
5) Roosters net bij de voorruit vervangen
6) Rubberen doorvoer tussen de deuren en het chassis (hier lopen de Vacuumleiding door)
7) APK
8) Demper gasbediening ( hier door schiet gashendel langzaam terug)
9) Kroonkurk velgen gekocht met originele Nieuwe wielbouten !
10) Vier nieuwe zomerbanden
11) Nieuwe achterdemper + uitlaatrubbers
12) Stabilisatie armpjes achter.
13) Fusseekogel en draagarm
14) Pookhoes
15) Alle rubbers en snorren bij het schuifdak vervangen.
16) Stuurbekrachtigingsfilter en olie vervangen.
17) Achterraamrubber en alle sierlijsten vernieuwd.
18) Dansende brandstofmeter (massa probleem) opgelost)

Deze werkzaamheden zijn uitgevoerd nadat ik ze in December 2007 op kenteken heb laten zetten.
De eerste winter voor de opknapbeurt heb ik wel een paar mooie plaatjes kunnen vastleggen.
Toen stond ze nog op de mooie wieldoppen.

De Accubak en het luchtfilterhuis heb ik gespoten en de isolatiemat vervangen. de kunstofgril gespoten. etc.
pakking vervangen kleppendeksel.

Na enkele jaren rijden met ook twee slechte winters, veel pekel en sneeuw.. begon het plaatwerk aandacht te vragen.
In de jaren 2008 tot en met 2014 heb ik veel zelf bijgehouden m.b.t. tot roest e.d.

Het jaar 2013.

In de zomer van 2014 kon ik wederom weer na een jaar rijden aan de gang. Als proef heb ik gespoten met autolak met de compressor in plaats van met de spuitbus. Het resultaat was best goed en ik kon de zomerperiode lekker rijden.

Na de zomer heb ik toen wel het besluit genomen om geld apart te zetten en de winter van 2014 /voorjaar 2015 het grondig te gaan doen. Niet alleen het plaatwerk maar echt alles. (ondanks de oldtimerregeling en de kelderende waarde van de W123 diesel in de markt op dat moment)

in de winterperiode van 2014 en voornamelijk voorjaar 2015 heb ik de W123 compleet m.b.t. plaatwerk aangepakt.
om uren te besparen eerst zelf alle probleem plekken kaal gemaakt zodat de Garage de rest kan doen.

Op naar de spuiterij.
Het plaatwerk heb ik gekocht bij Klasse klassiek, en ik heb waar het kon gekozen om complete panelen te vervangen.
Hierdoor een strakker resultaat en geen reparatie randen meer.
