Yesss, gisteren is mijn W115 50 jaar geworden. (10-1-1969)

Normaal doe ik zelf het (klein) onderhoud, maar de Mercedes staat nu bij de garage om hem eens goed te verwennen met een grote beurt en alles wordt weer eens goed nagelopen.
Ook heb ik 2 voorschermen aangeschaft die binnenkort in de juiste kleur gespoten worden ivm roest.
Zo staat hij er de lente weer netjes bij en kan er weer volop rondgetoerd worden.

Mijn 220D ziet pas in 2022 Abraham

Ik ben hem momenteel aan het opknappen. Mocht van jouw oude spatborden de onderzijde (zeg die aan de kokerbalk vastgeschroefd zit) nog bruikbaar zijn, dan hoor ik het graag.

Wellicht zie ik je wel eens rijden in het brabantse, mijn 220D wordt ook gebruikt!

Inmiddels is de W115 verkocht aan een liefhebber die deze helemaal gaat opknappen en is er een W123 280CE voor in de plaats gekomen.

Mooi hoor, al dat groen.
