Heb ondertussen vele uren,. Lees vele avonden doorgebracht onder heckflosse.
Probleem was dat koppelingspedaal niet opkomt.
Soms na veel pompen weer wel.. Maar ging na tijdtje toch terug tegen de vloer.

Heb eerst hulpkoppelingscylinder volledig nieuw gezet ne properen ontluchten. Via drukvat op reservoir of via beneden remklauwnipple aangesloten op nipple hulpkoppelingscylinder. Uren geprobeerd maar niets.
Dan maar ook nieuwe mastercylinder dus onder de pedaal. Ook opnieuw ging het ontluchten niet.

Je wilt niet weten hoeveel uren ik al geprobeerd heb.
Iemand ervaring ?
Is een manueel vloerversnelling. 200D 1968
Dus de.mastercylinder heeft 2 aansluitingen en een nipple.

Ik heb van Mercedes mekanieker gehoord dat. Het mogelijk ook de slang van reservoir naar mastercylinder dicht kan zijn.

ik deed het altijd met een grote spuit van de apotheker. Reservoir leegmaken en dan met een volle spuit de remvloeistof langs de onderste koppelingspomp zo naar het reservoir pompen. Wel zien dat het potje niet overloopt. De leidingen (flexibel) kunnen natuurlijk na zoveel jaren ook wel dicht zitten.

Of moet je toch ook koppelingspedaal indrukken.
Of de return veer die aan hulpcilinder hangt afkoppelen...

Heb je ook ervaringen als ik dat het gewoon niet lukt en de pedaal beneden blijft.
Van moment dat je denkt het is goed... Volgende keer je pedaal indrukt staat ie weer beneden.
Begrijp zelf ook niet hoe de slang van reservoir dit kan beinvloeden?

Spuit met slangetje op de nippel van de onderste pomp zetten, nippel opendraaien en de spuit langzaam leegspuiten. En daarna direkt de nippel vastdraaien. Let wel op dat het reservoirtje niet overloopt, de lak van de carosserie heeft dat niet graag zoals je wel zult weten. De flexibele leiding tussen de 2 pompen kan ook dicht zitten of niet goed doorlaten van de ouderdom. Of heb je die ook vervangen?
Je hoeft bij het ontluchten met de spuit, helemaal niks te pompen met je koppelingspedaal. Zie wel dat je pedaal omhoog staat voor je gaat ontluchten.
Ik gebruik hiervoor de grootste spuit die je bij de apotheek kan krijgen.

Je hebt ook de bovenste pomp vervangen, het verbindingsstangetje van pomp naar pedaal, heeft een excentriekje in het oog van dat stangetje. Regel het ook zo dat het stangetje de pomp al niet een beetje indrukt.

Even om het goed te begrijpen de master cylinder moet eigenlijk beetje ingedrukt zijn door die excentriesche bout.
Zou dit het probleem verhelpen?
Rubber slangske tussenin is niet nieuw... Heeft speciaal aansluitingne en kost 50euro.
Heb deze dan ultrasoon gekuist en met perslucht doorgeblazen... Leek zo op zicht toch goed lucht door te laten.

De auto staat bij ouders en kan er niet elke dag even onder anders had ik nu al nieuws.

Ik zal volgende keer wat fotos maken.
De koppelingsschijf is vervangen druklager en drukgroep niet. Omdat deze nog goed leken en er nauwelijks kms mee gemaakt word.
Heb er dan ritje van 5km mee gedaan met de oude koppelingscylinders... Zonder problemen van schakelen.
Aanvankelijk eerste keer starten was pedaal ook beneden maar 3keer pompen en hij was hard.
Auto is dan weken in garage en auto buitengezet en 45min laten draaien... Stap in en druk pedaal weg.
Keer of 10 a 20 pompen en weer ok. Dacht zal eens ontluchten worden.
Nadat ik probeerde te ontluchten met zowel drukvat op reservoir en daarna via remklauwnippel op slave cylinder en zo naar boven pompen... Niks verbetering. Lees wel als eindeloos proberen. Opgegeven en dan nieuwe slave cylinder... Niets effect. Daarna ook master cylinder... weer niets.
Uit die nipple op master cylinder onder pedaal dus komt niets gelopen tenzij ik drukvatje op reservoir en zo een 0,8bar aanleg.

Ook indien drukvatje op reservoir blijft aangesloten krijg ik het wel harde pedaal maar dat blijft niet lang.. Zonder vatje wordt ie terug naar de vloer getrokken.

Kijk eerst of je een kleine vrije slag hebt op het koppelingspedaal voordat je de mastercilinder bedient.

Het kan zijn dat er toch nog lucht in et systeem zit, maar dat de bellen onder druk dicht gedrukt worden, dan heb je onder druk een hard pedaal, haal je de druk eraf, zijn de luchtbellen weer terug en valt het pedaal naar de bodem.

Als je de nippel op de master open draait komt er geen vloeistof, geef je aan.
Dat kan zijn door de afstelling, dus geen vrije slag, of door de slang vanaf het reservoir die dicht zit, of net na montage als de vloeistof nog moet toestromen, maar daar ben je al lang voorbij.

Wat ik kan zeggen Richard.
Ik heb met speciale breedbek griptang de hulpcylinder kunnen vastklemmen tegen de gaffel. Zodanig dat deze niet naar buiten kan komen.
Pedaal is dan knetterhard kan je niet indrukken.
Wel een hele kleine slag. Laat ons zeggen je kan de pedaal dan een cm indrukken. Maar vanaf dat punt is ie zo hard dat je best niet verder duwt want je gaat iets forceren.

Voldoende vloeistof in het reservoir? Zitten er overloopjes in het reservoir die wellicht net-niet overlopen?

Ik heb met mijn W114 ook enorm lopen klooien met de koppeling.
Eind van het verhaal; slang was verrot na 30-40 jaar in de rommel te zitten.
In mijn geval vervangen door een FTE slang van een paar tientjes, originele nummer was 000 029 515 35.
Ik heb zelf ook gelijk de aanzuig leiding van reservoir naar cilinder bij het pedaal ook vervangen.
