Of weet er iemand alternatieven? Gezien de stevige prijs...

Ik heb laatst een aantal dingen vd revisie set van de pomp bij de dealer gehaald.
Ook best duur, pakking rond €3,- maar die speciale o ring was bijna €20.-. Dus zo’n setje valt best mee dan.
Zakt de auto over nacht? Bij mij ook totdat ik de pomp gereviseerd had. Nu blijft hij op hoogte zelfs na paar week.

dat klinkt goed! Ik ga de setjes bestellen, zal de ervaring hier delen.

Ik ben mijn hele nivo systeem aan het reviseren. Beide veren vervangen (allebei gebroken), pomp en regelaar reviseren, andere (gebruikte) dempers er op. 1 leiding vervangen, die wil ik zelf maken van koper-nikkel.

Interessant! dus als de wagen te snel zakt dan is de pomp aan revisie toe? De mijne zakt na 3 dagen

Gebroken veren komen vaker voor, aan de voorkant, aan de achterkant, met en zonder niveauregeling.....
Ik zou de niveauregeling daarom niet de schuld willen geven van brekende veren. Metaal moeheid, een fout bij het harden, een coating die beschadigd is en daardoor roestvorming op de veer kunnen dat wel veroorzaken.

Jan, ik som een aantal mogelijke oorzaken op waardoor de veer of veren gebroken kan zijn, kunnen zijn.
Een van de mogelijkheden is een fout in het hardingsproces. Na 40 jaar kan daar geen sprake van zijn, maar wie zegt dat deze veren 40 jaar onder de auto zitten?

Ik ben inmiddels aan de slag met dit setje, en het lukt me niet om een O-ring in het zuigertje te freubelen, iemand tips; of hoort er geen meer in; ik lees daar wisselende meningen over.

Pomp en regelaar zijn inmiddels gereviseerd en terug geplaatst.

Maar nou het volgende: auto staat behoorlijk hoog (wielkastrand ca 68cm) maar ik heb het regelstangetje op zn allerkleinst moeten draaien om m er tussen te krijgen. En nog kan ik dan de hendel op de regelaar niet met 4mm boortje recht zetten. Naar mijn idee staat de hendel wat naar beneden. Gaat dat wel goed??

En wat is dit wat naast de brandstof tank zit?? Lijkt me niet af-fabriek?

Het 'neutraal zetten' doe je zonder het stangetje te monteren, dus 4mm boortje (of tandenstoker) door stang steken. En dan ontluchten - misschien heb je dat allemaal gedaan, dat lees ik niet. Pas daarna ga je met dat verstelbare verticale stangetje verder regelen.

Even over de hoogte, als je het hendeltje op de regelaar handmatig naar beneden zet, richting L, zakt dan de wagen of blijft die op die 68cm, dan zijn je veren te hoog lijkt me.

Hoe is het met je veerbollen, zijn die nog goed ?
