Allen, wie weet het zeker.....is bij de optie "wit stuurwiel" op de W114/W115 en W108 ook een witte stuurbaar geleverd?

Ik heb een wit stuurwiel gekocht en twijfel nu om de naaf ook te laten spuiten.

Origineel is deze zwart. Ik zou dat zo laten.

Niet alleen de naafpot maar ook de bovenkant van het stuur is origineel (mat)zwart. Dit is om spiegelingen in de voorruit te voorkomen.

Humzz dat wist ik niet en overigens ook nog niet eerder gezien/opgevallen dan op jouw foto.......en nu zie je het idd op bijna allemaal


In de W114 die ik 16 jaar geleden had zat ook een wit stuurwiel maar daar was de bovenzijde dan weer wel wit, waarvan het stuur naar mijn weten niet gerestaureerd was.

Het is gewoon een verflaag zwart, dus wellicht makkelijk te verwijderen. Ik heb ze niet anders gezien dan met zwarte bovenkant, maar misschien was dat bij de allereerste bouwjaren niet zo.

Gerestaureerd stuurwiel is binnen incl. alle in/aanbouwdelen (waarvoor Max aka Mbreed) bedankt!

Weet iemand volgordelijkheid van inbouw?

Moet overigens de naaf wel opnieuw (mat zwart) spuiten.
De bovenzijde van het stuur moet voor de originaliteit ook in zwart, maar weet iemand de kleurcodes van de naaf en bovenzijde stuur?

Ik zal in deze op set bij jou de naaf laten zitten en de 5/6 m8 boutjes los draaien en oude stuur af nemen en dit stuur plaatsen

Ik weet ff niet of de claxon kan blijven zitten maar dat zie je snel genoeg
Een /8 is geen rocket wetenschap

Als je alleen het stuur wisselt moet je de 2 draadjes van de Claxon met 2 kruisschroefjes losschroeven en op het nieuwe stuur vastschroeven.

Ik weet nog niet of ik in mijn 717-G witte auto een off-white stuurwiel ga zetten....vind het toch niet zo smoelen. Ga er een compleet stuurwiel van maken en dan gaat hij de verkoop in.
