Als ik de achterklep dicht wil doen, dan moet ik het deksel hard neerklappen. Dit is al jaren zo! Ik vraag me af of jullie ook zoiets ervaren of heeft dit te maken met een bepaalde afstelling?

Dat heeft zeer waarschijnlijk te maken met de afstelling van de klep in zijn geheel, óf de rubbers zijn niet goed gemonteerd óf het slot (en de slotvanger) moet afgesteld worden.
Vraag: hoe ligt de klep in de wagen wanneer die gesloten is. Mooi vlak of te diep zowel bij de scharnieren als bij de het slot, zijn alle naden / afstanden gelijk etc, etc.

Zo te lezen is dat niet ok, deksel hoort normaal/zacht neergeklapt te worden dus....
De rubber is origineel; in zeer goede staat en nog nooit vervangen. Morgen controleer ik de punten die jij genoemd hebt en kom met meer informatie terug.

Ik heb het deksel gecontroleerd en er is geen verschil te zien. Als het deksel dicht is dan is het goed in lijn met de rest van de auto. Dus niet hoger of lager of scheef.

Vraagje: wanneer de klep gesloten is, hóe ligt deze dan aan de achterzijde, boven de achterlichten? Ligt die evenhoog, lager óf hoger dan de zijschermen? Alleen vlak liggen (gelijke hoogte aan de bovenkant van de zijschermen is goed. Ligt die vlak dan zou de combinatie slotvanger / slot te strak afgesteld kunnen staan.

Hoi Harry,

je kan een extra vulplaatje zetten onder de sluithaak aan het kofferdeksel, hij zal dan eerder in het slot vallen en misschien minimaal hoger komen te liggen.

Ik heb eindelijk wat tijd gevonden en foto’s gemaakt van hoe de klep ligt. Hopelijk geeft dit een beter beeld van hoe het nu is. Hoe stel je de klep en slot af eigenlijk?

is behoorlijk, te hoog, maar ook links/rechts grote naad. Is er niet ooit een ander achterscherm opgegaan ?

Mooi dat je foto's hebt gemakt maar helaas kan ik daar (te) weinig uit opmaken. Een paar foto's van een grotere afstand én foto's van de openingen t.o.v. de vaste delen geeft meer duidelijkheid.
Ik snap wat Wietse bedoelt en wellicht heeft hij een punt maar dat kan ik zo niet beoordelen. Wanneer je andere foto's plaatst wellicht ..........

Als ik kijk naar de sierstrip achter, dan klopt dat wel met het scherm, daar ligt hij niet te hoog.
Halverwege scherm en klep ligt hij wel te hoog. Hoe is dat aan de kant van het achterraam?
Als hij daar ook te hoog ligt zou het in de scharnieren kunnen zitten. Is de hoogte daar goed, dan is de klep krom. Denk ik.

Denk dat de achterklep een beetje naar voren moet.
Hoogte lijkt ok als je kijkt naar de sierstrip.
Gewoon schroefjes lossen aan de scharnieren en een beetje schuiven.
Let op voor beschadigingen aan de hoekpunten.

Je hebt gelijk Jan. Ik heb je advies gevolgd (achterklep een beetje naar voren) en het probleem is opgelost
