Mede Benz rijders,

Ik heb mijn vast zittende remcilinder in de remklauw weer los gekregen nu is het rubbere hoesje iets gescheurd en denk ik de oorzaak van het vast zitten. Kan ik deze ergens loskrijgen? Hij zit vast geklemd door een ring.

Stofhoes vervangen remcilinder zit weer terug..maar ben niet tevreden blijft zwaar lopen omdat de rem er iets op blijft zitten succes garage zeg ik dan gezien de tijd die er nu in zit

. Soms moet ik me erbij neerleggen dat iets niet lukt.

moet de remklauw helemaal losgekoppeld worden.

Als de remklauw vastzat heb je roest op de zuiger, dan moet je die er uit halen en zuiver maken en de binnenkant van de remklauw ook nakijken of vervangen.

klauw moet er helemaal af, remleiding dichtknijpen en voorzichtig het cilindertje er uit halen of met luchtdruk.
Lap over de klauw anders ploppen ze misschien tegen je hoofd, vorsicht!!
Handig is om een stukje van een oude remslang te gebruiken, de aansluiting in de klauw en het luchtdrukpistool op de andere kant. Cilinders insmeren met dat speciale vet.

Zoals hierboven is het complete revisie, niks mis mee.

Ik heb 6 jaar gereden met kapotte stofrubbers van de achterwielen. iedere 2 jaar ( apk) trapte ik de zuigers heel ver naar buiten ( deed er een versleten remblok in voor de maat ) schoonmaken met wd40 ,die speciale vet erop , terug duwen en een paar keer uit trappen en terug duwen ( gangbaar) dikke/nieuwe remblokken erin. Ze zijn al die 6 jaren gewoon gangbaar gebleven met 10000 km per jaar, Bij de apk gewoon goed over de remmen bank . Heb slecht 1 stel remblokken gebruikt in die 6 jaar.

Nu staat de auto in de schorsing , en ga later wel echt reviseren, heb nog jaren de tijd.

zo vandaag de stoute schoenen aan en aan het project begonnen.
Gezien de tijd en de geringe kosten een andere goede remklauw op de kop getikt voor 50,-
deze is reeds gereviseerd dus kan er op. dit geeft mij de tijd om mijn eigen klauw zelf daarna ook rustig de demonteren en te bekijken.

1 alles goed omhoog zetten en DUS niet alleen op de krik.
2) bakje voor de bouten en licht
3) de remolie leiding voorweken in de wD40 dan komt deze staks goed los.

Tegenslag. Na veel kruipolie toch geprobeerd de ontluchtingsnippel achter los te draaien en bij de kracht die erop zette brak ze af..shit. Geprobeerd inbusbitje erin te slaan en dan los te te draaien en wat denkt u..breekt ook af. Dus nu voorzichtig uitboren ...ik zou geen andere oplossing weten :handgestures-thumbup:
