Ik heb het idee dat mijn brandstofpomp niet optimaal werkt.
Gaat om een camper op basis van een 207D uit 1981 met OM616-blok (trekstarter)
Ik ben op zoek naar iemand, liefst in de prov Groningen, die kennis heeft van deze pompen en die mij tegen vergoeding wil helpen.
Gaat me dus om controle op juiste werking en wellicht ook timing afstellen.
Wie kent een deskundige hobbyist?

Ik heb de oorzaak denk ik gevonden.

Met dank aan Wiebren ben ik de oorzaak gaan zoeken in de distributieketting.

Met het merktekens op de nokkenas en nokkenaslager in lijn, meet ik op het vliegwiel 21 graden!!!!!!
Geen wonder dat ie niet vooruit te branden is!
Wel een wonder dat ie denk ik al plm 5000 km zo loopt.

Blijkbaar het ik bij het kleppen stellen de verkeerde kant op getornd en daarmee is de distributieketting een tand versprongen.

De vraag is nu: Hoe krijg ik 'm het gemakkelijkst weer 1 tand terug??

Voor zover ik kan zien heeft het nokkenas-tandwiel 20 tanden dus 18 graden per tand.

Of zou ie op het krukastandwiel zijn versprongen?

Ik vermoed dat ie op het nokkenas-tandwiel is versprongen.

De vraag is: Hoe krijg ik 'm het gemakkelijkst weer 1 tand terug??

Nokkenas-lagers er af en dan beetje kantelen zodat het wiel iets zakt??

Kettingspanner eruit halen, daarna kan je de ketting optillen van het nokkenastandwiel. Dan kan je de nokkenas draaien.

Markeer de ketting en tandwiel wel voorafgaand en houd de nokkenas vast met een tang, want door de zuigerveren staat de zaak onder spanning.

Wel een beetje een raar verhaal. Nog een geluk dat je kleppen niet geraakt zijn door de zuigers.

idd een raar verhaal, maar ben wel blij dat de oorzaak nu bekend is.
Ik ga de spanner verwijderen en dan de nokkenas verdraaien zoals je aangeeft.

Spanner moet geloof ik voor het terugplaatsen eerst gevuld worden met olie???

Ik meld het resultaat wel.

Kettingspanner moet inderdaad goed gevuld te worden met olie. Het gedeelte dat uit de motor steekt in de olie dompelen, zodat de oliegaten onder de olie staan. Dan de pin zeven tot tien keer indrukken, met een pers, zodanig dat de pin nauwelijks meer in te drukken is.

Het is nog wel de vraag waar de ketting overgesprongen is. Bij de krukas zou betekenen dat de timing van de pomp ook niet goed is. De ketting zou je dan bij de krukas moeten verschuiven (oliecarterpan loshalen). Als de nokkenas versprongen is, dan moet het bij de nokkenas.

De klus uitgevoerd.
Om er bij te kunnen moest wel de koelwaterradiator er uit.
Anders kun je bij een bus maar moeilijk bij de kettingspanner komen.
Toen de kettingspanner er uit was kon ik de ketting vrij gemakkelijk een tand verleggen.
De boel staat nu weer mooi in lijn en hij loopt weer lekker.
In het weekend even proefrijden, maar de verwachting is hoog ;-)

Heb vandaag 50 km gereden en dat ging heel aardig.
Nauwelijks rook en ik haalde de 100 km/u.

Ondanks dat het nu allemaal verbeterd is wil ik toch nog het inspuitmoment controleren want daar is mogelijk toch nog iets niet 100%

De nokkeanas staat nu dus goed in lijn met de krukas.
Krukas op nul en de merktrekens op de nokkenas in lijn.

Wat ik nu wou proberen:
Dieselpomp verwijderen en de merktekens op de pomp in lijn zetten. (Inspuitmoment cil 1)
Krukas op 24 zetten en dan de pomp voorzichtig weer monteren zonder de positie te veranderen.
Theoretisch zou het dan goed moeten staan toch????

Alleen moet je daarna nog wel fijnafstellen, want je zit zo een paar graden ernaast

Je kan ook eerst de timing controleren met een druppelpijpje, alleen heb je dan wel een nieuw koperen dichtringetje (speciaal, niet standaard) en een rubber dichtring nodig. En een momentsleutel.
