Zoals de titel zegt zoeken we een roestvrije brandstoftank voor een W126 van 1981. Wie weet heeft er hier iemand nog wat.

Op deze site zie ik een heel nette tank en ze doen verzending wereldwijd .

Als het goed is ben ik voorzien, maar bedankt voor de tip. Een tank in Amerika bestellen was overigens sowieso geen optie geweest, omdat je pas weet hoe de binnenkant eruit ziet als hij hier is.

Ik ben definitief voorzien! Roest in de tank is wel het grootste drama wat je kan hebben met een oude Benz...
Deze 280SE staat bij ons al 15 jaar stil en heeft vermoedelijk daarvoor ook nog lang stil gestaan. 64.000km op de teller een nieuwe auto om te zien, maar dat zegt helaas niets over de tank. Klaarmaken voor verkoop omvat ondertussen een nieuwe spinnenkop, nieuwe warmloopregelaar, nieuwe koudstartinjector, 6 nieuwe injectoren, nieuwe drukaccumulator, nieuwe pomp, nieuw filter, ander drukreservoirtje achter op het spruitstuk en natuurlijk een andere tank. Lang leve roest .
