Weet iemand of en hoe je de naald van de km teller kunt demonteren en monteren.
Is hier speciaal gereedschap voor nodig.

De naald zit er gewoon opgedrukt. Het asje is iets taps.
Instrument makers hebben een een soort (miniatuur) trekkertje waarbij pootjes met rubber dopjes zich afzetten tegen de wijserplaat terwijl de wijzer omhoog gedrukt wordt.
Echter het kan ook met twee schroevendraaiers waarbij de wijzerplaat beschermt bv met een dun plaatje welke rust op een stukje doek of vilt.
Heb het verschillende keren gedaan oa bij toeren tellers. Maar het blijft trickie

Kun je door de naald iets anders te plaatsen de afwijking van de snelheidsmeter iets corrigeren?
Tevens wil ik het systeem eens reinigen, de lettertjes van de km teller zijn nu nog maar slecht te lezen.
Tevens wil ik de licht geleiders (soort van plexiglas/glasvezel) in de kap van de cokpit gaan vervangen, moet alleen nog ff aan de onderdeelnummers zien te komen. Weet iemand dit toevallig?
Er hebben waarschijnlijk lampjes ingezeten die te warm werden en is het plastic iets gesmolten.

Louis, ik denk dat ik de oplossing heb voor je, kijk maar eens in je mailbox.

Helaas, ik dacht voor Louis van een oude beschadigde tellerbak de lichtbanen te kunnen afhalen. Nu ik kan jullie al mee delen, DAGANIE!!!

Die banen zitten onder een zwart kapje en zijn op het eerste zicht op 6 punten vast gesmolten, dus doorgeboord, en je zit gelijk binnen in je tellerbak.

Zitten die lichtbanen zelf dus ook nog eens vastgesmolten aan de bak, nog een beetje prielen met dat mes en hop, breekt het mes en gelijk de lichtbaan. Dat bovenste stuk zit nu nog altijd muurvast.
