Het is alweer een tijdje geleden dat ik op het forum zat, mijn grol heeft het vorige zomer opgegeven en geen tijd gehad om ermee bezig te zijn...
Nu mis ik hem toch echt erg vandaar dat ik hier op zoek ben naar de onderste olieleiding die van de filter naar de oliekoeler loopt. Ik kan die eventueel via Duitsland bestellen maar is toch een nogal kostelijk ding.
Is er iemand van jullie die er een liggen heeft van een afbraak of zo?

een W123 280SE bestaat niet , waarschijnlijk bedoel je een 280CE??

Het is een W123 280. Aangezien ikzelf een W126 280SE heb, ging ik automatisch van SE uit. Maar je hebt gelijk

dit gaat echt niet passen op een 300TD die leidingen zien er echt anders uit een 6 cilinder moter zit het olie filter ook op een andere plaats die leidingen zijn langer.

Mijn probleem zit namelijk zo: Ik heb een nieuwe oliekoeler gekocht, en die is behoorlijk duur, en bij het aansluiten daarvan heb ik niet gemerkt dat de binnenste schroefdraad van de onderste leiding versleten was... resultaat is dus dat ik bij het aandraaien van de koppeling wel degelijk spanning voelde opbouwen maar die kwam plotseling los en nu is de schroefdraad van die oliekoeler ook kapot
Ik zou nu dus een andere leiding willen vinden (liefst gebruikt want die leiding kost bij Mercedes ook veel geld), nieuwe draad trekken op de oliekoeler (uiteraard een maat kleiner) en een koppelstukje ertussen steken.

Het gaat er om te beginnen om dat je de juiste leiding krijgt. Die is ondanks de plaatjes nog niet helemaal duidelijk hier.
Mits er niet van alles en nog wat is verandert aan je wagen kan ik als je dat wilt voor je kijken in het EPC, maar dan heb ik je VIN nummer nodig. Dat kun je mij via PB of mail sturen.

Plaats eens een foto van de slechte draad op de olie koeler meestal kan je deze nog wat op veilen

De onderste aansluitingen zijn toch meestal een rechte aansluiting ? Inplaats van met een knik ?

Evt. Kan je ook de stalen leiding inkorten en daar een moer met knelring op doen en een nieuwe slang naar de olie koeler er tussen te doen
Helaas is dat bochtje (die op de koeler rechts op de doos foto) wel redelijk bijzonder voor een universele slangen boer
Evt. Kan ik ook wel een keertje langs komen en dan zou je een slang op mast kunnen krijgen soms kan je met 90 of 45 graden of een rechte koppeling wel weg komen het is maar net hoe alles onder de auto zit

De leiding is zo'n 80 cm. Ik kan momenteel geen foto's nemen van de motorruimte want hij staat bij mijn lokale garagist nu. Ik heb spijtig genoeg geen tijd om het zelf te doen
Het zag er wel allemaal origineel uit, misschien kan iemand met dezelfde 300DT eens een fotootje nemen?

Ik dacht ook eventueel om de heleboel met een gewone slang aan te sluiten, zou volgens mij toch geen probleem moeten zijn?

dit kan wel gemaakt worden even een verloop sok halen bij de loodgieter verloop sok halen met binnen en buitendraad de buiten moet halfduims zijn en de binnen draad dat weet ik zo niet meer uit het hoofd met een tap dan snij je draad in het gat waar de leiding van af komt zet die verloop nippel erop en klaar ben je.
zo heb ik het al eens voor een sleutel clublid gedaan en als het goed is rijd ie er nog steeds mee rond.

zo die olie koeler nippel is goed bewerkt dit is inderdaad niet meer op te vijlen
wat je zou kunnen doen net wat wiebren zecht een half duims koppeling pakken die halfduims binnen draad heeft en m22x1,5 buitendraad heeft en dan je olie koeler nippel op snijden naar half duims

Ik heb ondertussen een radiator man gevonden die er gewoon een nieuwe nippel zal op solderen, dan is het gewoon kwestie van een slang te vinden. Volgens mij kan dat een gewone slang zijn zolang die maar de druk aankan zeker? Ongeveer 3 bar of zo?
