Hallo kenners,

Ik heb sinds een aantal dagen het gevoel dat mijn W123 200D helemaal niet meer voorruit komt. Wanneer de motor gewoon warm is en ik trap een keer helemaal het gaspedaal in, lijkt die haast niet te reageren. Heel langzaam komt die bij de 80, voorheen had ik dat niet...

Kan het aan de doorzichtige dieselvoorfilter liggen, die helemaal vies is....

Verder kan ik me zo niks bedenken...

Ik hoop dat jullie me kunnen helpen!

Begin maar dat filter te vervangen.

Kijk ook even of het gasstangenstelsel goed is en goed beweegt bij het intrappen van het gaspedaal.

Oke Govert, ik was al van plan morgen direct langs de Mercedes garage te gaan om deze te laten vervangen... Ik zal zo even een foto sturen van deze filter, dan kan ik je laten zien wat ik bedoel. Hoe kan ik het beste dat gasstangenstelsel testen?

Je kan het filter ook zelf vervangen, oude losschroeven, nieuwe ertussen zetten. Wel een paar lappen tegen het dieselverlies eronder leggen. Standaard diesel voorfilter is ook verkrijgbaar bij automaterialenhandel.

Een assistent het gaspedaal laten intrappen en kijken of de hevel van de dieselpomp tegen de vollaststop komt. Kijk of er niet ergens rubber is vergaan. Heb je geen assistent, gebruik dan een baksteen of tas o.i.d.

Heel makkelijk zelf te vervangen, WK31/5 is het en verkrijgbaar bij elke automaterialenzaak..
Als het niet helpt is wellicht je tankfilter ook verstopt. Zoek maar even op het forum, is genoeg over geschreven :)

Hey Gydo,

Neem van mij aan dat het vervangen van de voorfilter al enig verschil zal uitmaken :D

Heb je enig idee of de filter in je tank zelf ook al vervangen is geweest ooit ?

Weet dat na 30 jaar en meer er een hoop bezinksel in de tank achterblijft.

Als je dan het voorfilter vervangt zou ik ook meteen het 2e filter vervangen. Heel simpel om zelf te doen, alleen de bovenste bout losdraaien en hij komt er af.

Mijne was ook zwart en bij een meeting vervangen vorig jaar, hij is nog steeds helder :)

Ik ga zo even de brandstoffilter en de brandstofvoorfilter bestellen/aanschaffen, en dan even kijken of het weer beter gaat lopen, op de foto is de voorfilter wel erg zwart!

De filter in de tank heb ik al eens een keer helemaal schoongemaakt (3jaar geleden) dus verwacht dat dat het niet is.
