Brandstofpomp of verstuiver probleem??

Specifieke zaken omtrent het rijden op diesel kunnen hier geplaatst worden zodat we alle zaken omtrent diesel hier verzameld hebben staan.

Hallo MB vrienden,
Bij mijn W123 300D is iets vreemds en krijg er geen grip op.
Ik gebruik de MB amper, ongeveer 3 maanden per jaar, puur hobby en relaxen.
Koude start perfect, gloeien - starten - lopen.
Motor ligt redelijk stil.
Hoe warmer de motor, hoe beroerder de auto begint te lopen.
Rijden gaat wel goed, echter zodra stationair schudt het blok aardig heen en weer.
Nu dacht ik eerst een verstuiver probleem, echter een lokale garagist gaf weer aan dat het de brandstofpomp kan wezen.
Hoe kom ik er nu eenvoudig achter wat de oorzaak van de onrustige loop is ?

Alvast mijn hartelijke dank voor tips.

ik heb dat vorige week gedaan met mijn om617
een wereld van verschil :handgestures-thumbup:
niet de additief maar puur direct in de diesel pomp

zijn al je filters schoon?

Dat is wel het laatste wat je moet doen, een of ander prutje er bij kieperen. Een om617 hoort gewoon op diesel goed te lopen, al loopt maar eens in de 10 jaar.

Beginnen:
Nergens zichtbare lekkages? (diesel langs retourslangetjes bijvoorbeeld?)
Zeker weten dat de dieselaanvoerslangen geen lucht trekken? Tijdens de koude start kan er nog diesel genoeg in de filter en pomp zitten, als dat wat opgebruikt is kan hij de lucht aan gaan zuigen.
Wordt de dieselaanvoer in de tank niet gehinderd door vervuiling/verstopping?
Vacuum in orde? (Wordt de 'motorstop' niet er door gehinderd?)
Klepspeling controleren.
Stangenstelsel van de gashendel in orde?
Staat de stationairschroef op juiste warme toerental?

Daarna kun je de verstuivers er uit halen om ze eens af te (laten) persen. Terug monteren met nieuwe brandplaatjes.
Pas daarna is je pomp aan de beurt.

Kleppen zijn 1500 km geleden gesteld. Geen zichtbare lekkages, maar ga zaterdag alle retourslangen eerst maar eens vernieuwen. De achterste, tegen schutblad zweet iets. Dus eerst uitsluiten en dan verder zoeken. Tot zover allemaal bedankt. Grt, Hans

Hallo.

Dit kan vele oorzaken hebben.
Ik ga ervan uit dat je filters en tank vrij zijn van bacteriegroei

Retourslangetjes kunnen niet de oorzaak zijn van dit probleem. Deze voeren immers alleen de diesel terug naar de tank welke door inwendige lekkage van de verstuivers ontstaat.
Dit lijkt mij meer een compressie probleem temeer omdat het probleem optreedt wanneer de motor warm wordt / is. Je zegt dat de kleppen 1500km. geleden gesteld zijn, dat toch maar eens controleren. Ik adviseer je om een compressietest te (laten) doen. Dit behoort te gebeuren bij warme motor dus wanneer je het probleem hebt. Wil je kosten vermijden en ben je zelf handig dan zou ik de kleppendeksel er eens af halen. Ik verwacht in eerste instantie te krappe (of vrijwel geen) klepspeling of één (of meerdere) versleten nok(ken) van de nokkenas.
Uitleg: koude motor, klepspeling nog net voldoende om kleppen te laten sluiten, motor loopt (enigzins) normaal.
Warme motor, klepsteel zet uit a.g.v. warmte met als gevolg dat de klep, door het ontbreken van klepspeling, continu open blijft staan, motor loopt niet meer op 5 cilinders en gaat staan te schudden. Geef gas en het probleem wordt minder zichtbaar maar blijft bestaan.

Uit de instelwaarde voor de klepspeling bij warme motor (0,05 mm ruimer) zou je de conclusie kunnen trekken dat de klepspeling toeneemt bij warme motor.

Dát is een interessante.
Bij mijn weten zet metaal uit bij toenemende temperatuur. Wellicht dat ik het iets anders had moeten verwoorden.
Doordat de gehele motor opwarmt zet alles uit en wordt er een iets grotere klepspeling gehanteerd.
