Ik heb in Duitsland een toerenteller op de kop getikt. Dit weekend had ik alle onderdelen en ging ik aan de slag op mijn kombiinstrument aan te passen en op te frissen. Volgens een tip van hier op het forum alle wijzers geverfd met revell sm30, alle gloeilampen vervangen door led, de kmteller kabel vervangen, een nieuwe kabel getrokken voor de toerenteller en klaar is kees... dacht ik, want toen ik de wagen startte deed de toerenteller niets, ook de klok werkt niet, nogthans is er constante spanning op het kabeltje. Tot daaraan toe, die toerenteller vind ik erger. Ik heb de kabel aangesloten zoals ik hier heb gelezen op dit forum, de korte + aan de zekeringkast nr 12 en de langere naar de H stekker op het binnenspatbord, zie laatste foto. Heeft die Duitser mij bedot of deed ik iets verkeerd?

Ik vermoed dat de massa naar de toerenteller/klok niet goed is.
Er zit een massastrip onder de snelheidsmeter, deze verbind de massa van de klok/ toerenteller naar het linker gedeelte van het klokkenspel.

Massa is in orde. Als ik de TD meet met het contact aan ( dus zonder draaiende motor) heb ik 12v. Alsook op de +

Weet niet waar je woont, maar ik zou het eea kunnen testen op de testbank.
Heb er een aantal omgebouwd en heb het meetapp ervoor.
Ik woon in Nieuw Vennep.
Laat maar weten. Je zou het ook kunnen opsturen ?

Ik woon in België tegen Antwerpen, dus wel een eindje. Ik denk dat het probleem misschien wel aan de auto kan liggen. De vraag is of dat te meten valt... niemand die dat dichter bij huis kan meten?

Ik heb de toerenteller opgestuurd naar een bedrijf om te laten maken, blijkt dat de IC’s van zowel te teller als de klok stuk zijn. Maar ik vind de reparatie vrij kostelijk ! Iemand een tip waar ik dat kan laten doen voor een schappelijke prijs? Of een handige Harry die hem zo wil overkopen.

Ik zoek toevallig nog onderdeel van een toerenteller van een W123 , of beter gezegd alleen de achterkant (het gedeelte wat je in de tellerbak schroeft met het mechanisme voor het klokje er aan. Mocht iemand nog zoiets hebben liggen?
Toerenteller zelf hoeft er niet meer in te zitten.

Het relaas van een zoektocht om een toerenteller te repareren: ik kocht een toerenteller van een Duitser via het web. Na installatie bleek zowel de klok als de toerenteller niet te werken. Dan maar de teller opgestuurd naar een firma die instrumenten hersteld. Kreeg een mailtje terug: de reparatie zal je 280€ kosten. What?? Laat maar, dan koop ik wel een andere. Dan toch een andere gevonden die werkt $$$. Maar met één werkende en één kapotte kon mijn zoektocht beginnen voor de herstelling. Leergierig als ik ben beginnen meten, weerstandjes vervangen en na enige tijd! Succes, zowel het klokje als de teller doen het weer! Daarom zou ik graag mijn verworven kennis gebruiken om andere W123 fans te helpen. Heb jij een kapotte toerenteller of doet je klokje het al een hele tijd niet meer? Ik kan het voor je herstellen, en dat voor een democratische prijs. Dus stuur mij gerust een PB !
