Na een lekker ritje op de snelweg was ineens m'n rem weg. De 200D wilde ook niet meer uitgaan bij sleutel uit contact. Onder motorkap waren de gele vacuumslangen ineens zwart geworden door de olie die erdoorheen is gekomen. Ook het in de luchtfilterbehuizing en spruitstuk kwam de olie. Ik denk dat het membraan van de vacuumpomp gescheurd is.
Nu wilde ik de vacuumpomp demonteren en volledig reviseren. Ik vraag me alleen af in hoeverre ik wat los moet maken. Onlangs heb ik nog de koelvloeistof vervangen (niet goedkoop). Wil daarom het liefst de radiator laten zitten. Heeft iemand enig idee wat ik los moet halen om de vacuumpomp eruit te kunnen trekken? Het gaat om een 0m615 van '79.

Hoi Chaco.
De pomp is makkelijk te verwijderen maar je moet oppassen dat je de m6 imbusboutjes niet dol draait. De gaten goed schoonmaken en de goed passende sleutel er diep insteken.
In theorie kun je ook alleen de deksel met de schroeven verwijderen. Dan de motor draaien totdat het membraan maximaal naar voren staat. Nieuw membraan monteren en de deksel weer vastdraaien.
De radiateur verwijderen is in beide gevallen wel raadzaam. Geoon de koelvloeistof opvangen wanneer je de onderste radiateurslang losschroeft. Later gewoon weer invullen.

Bedankt voor je hulp weizengelb. Ik wil de lagers ook preventief vervangen. Inmiddels heb ik alles los. Het membraan zat zoals verwacht een gat in. Ik heb alle benodigde spullen in huis. Momenteel krijg ik de pin van de lagertjes er alleen niet uit.

vreemde kleur membraam.
is het wel een rubberen die pak je er normaal gesproken zo vanaf.
nieuwe membraam er weer op en klaar.
als je nu een moter hebt die lang heeft stil gestaan dan is het raadzaam om de gehele pomp te reviseren of bij een hoge kilometerstand.
wens je suc6 met het herstel.
