Bij herstelling van de carrosserie blijkt vooral het spatbord aan de passagierskant erg rot.
Is er iemand die er ene in goede staat te koop heeft staan?

Indien bestuurderskant ook beschikbaar is, neem ik ze allebei.

Ik zie op hun website "Enkel afhalen" en het is een 600Km van Maasmechelen.
Denk morgen of maandag ook eens naar Klasse Klassiek bellen tenzij voordien mss een liefhebber
te voorschijn komt :)

Volgens mijn zijn dat spatborden van het merk Rhibo deze schijnen een betere pasvorm te hebben als een gemiddeld imitatie merk zijn ook wat duurder tussen de 90 tot 150 euro.Wil ik zelf ook nog een proberen dus als iemand de link heeft waar ik ze online kan bestellen en laten bezorgen graag..
Gebruikt originele schermen kom je bijna niet aan ze hebben bijna allemaal roest of zijn dicht geplamuurd

Als je goed kunt lassen / plaatwerken dan kun je de delen van een imitatie scherm inlassen,maar als je dat werk moet uitbesteden dan kun je beter nieuw orgineel kopen dan ben je waarschijnlijk goedkoper uit.
e.a is natuurlijk afhankelijk van het doel van de auto als je deze compleet opnieuw wilt laten spuiten dan moet alles perfect zijn na een nieuw laklaag valt alles dubbel extra op deukjes schuurkrasjes niet goed aansluitende naden.

Volgende week ga ik een orgineel voorscherm herstellen met delen van een imitatie scherm ik zal de foto's op het forum plaatsen.

Orgineel Mercedes W123 scherm gerepareerd met delen van een imitatie scherm.
d.m.v vullend lassen dus een 1mm puntje voor punje inlassen en tussen door koelen daarna lasnaat afsluipen gelijkmaken en vertinnen (chemisch 2k) om kliene gaatjes en onevenheden te vullen bijna 1 dag mee bezig geweest.
Nu nog strak maken met dun laagje plamuur,primer,grondlak en aflakken.
voordeel de pasvorm van het orginele scherm blijft behouden.

Klasse Klassiek had nog een linkerscherm liggen en heb deze afgehaald.
Pasvorm was prima en daarmee is mijn zoektocht afgelopen :)
