Weet er iemand het aantrekkoppel voor de moer van 't ingaande lager van het achterdifferentieel?
De moer dus waarmee de cardanflens op het differentieel zit.

Officieel is dit niet zo gemakkelijk. Je moet de (zelfzekerende) moer zo vast draaien zodat het draaimoment van de tandwielen/lagers bij gebruikte lagers 5 tot 10 cmkp is (0,5 tot 1 Nm). Bij nieuwe lagers is dit 12 tot 14 cmkp.

Om de instellingen niet te veranderen kun je de moer het beste op dezelfde stand terug vastdraaien als waarop hij stond.

Denk erom dat je de moer niet te vast draait, dan drukt de vervormbare bus die achter de flens zit verder in elkaar, en zal er ruimte tussen de tandwielen ontstaan. Als dat gebeurd, moet er een nieuwe bus gepaatst worden, en kan het diff uit elkaar, en opnieuw afgesteld worden.

Tja, eigenlijk zou alleen de Ausgleichscheibe de afstand van de tandwielen moeten beinvloeden. De Bus houdt wellicht alleen de spanning op de lagers.

Ik ben daar zelf ook mee bezig omdat ik een reserve 3,69 differentieel van de W115 op mijn werkbank heb liggen en ik denk erover ook de ingaande keerring te vervangen. De flens moet dan ook eraf...
