Goedenavond allen,
Ik ben met de Mercedes 280CE naar de keuring geweest maar is op een paar punten afgekeurd, nl. De rugleuningen van de zitplaatsen voor vergrendelen niet. Nu weet ik niet hoe ik dit moet oplossen, heeft iemand enig idee hoe dat te maken is.....

Je vacuüm systeem is lek of, ze vergrendelen enkel bij gesloten deuren oid.

De blauwe leiding is van de vergrendeling. Kwestie van die nalopen met de vacuum handpomp. Ik geloof dat het inderdaad zo is dat ze alleen vergrendelen bij gesloten deuren en lopende motor.

Bij de haak die de leuning vergrendeld een touwtje/ koperdraadje gebruiken. Dan is die vergrendeld en dus apk goed.

( En voor je passagiers koop je een sedan erbij)

overigens als je gordels achterin hebt, dan hoeft het weer niet heb ik me laten vertellen, maar of dat ook echt zo is??

Hier kan ik wel het een en ander mee. Nu aan de slag zodat hij weer vlug herkeurd kan worden.

beste

aan de voorkant bij de deurscharnieren zit een schakelaar
staat de deur open dan is het vacuum onderbroken en vergrendeld de stoel niet

het knopje aan de zijkant van de stoel is ook om het vacuum te onderbreken
en de stoel te ontgrendelen

waar wij meestal mee beginnen is de elementjes onder de stoel te testen
die gaan als eerste kapot als er eentje lekt vergrendeld de stoel niet meer
we halen meestal de stoel voor het gemak eruit
dan kom je overal makkelijker bij
de hele stoel met tijdelijke vacuumleiding buiten de auto werkend maken
en weer terugbouwen als het dan niet werkt kan het alleen de deurschakelaar nog zijn
of er is in de andere stoel een lekkage

de oplossing wat wietse voorsteld mag niet van apk keurmeester.
een dergelijke oplossing had ik ook met ty raps.
ging 7 jaar goed het 8 e jaar merkte de keurmeester het dus afkeur.
met als reden de achterpassagiers moeten met een gemakkelijke greep bij paniek uit de auto kunnen komen.
ik zou als eerste de knop op de zijkant van de stoel onderzoeken .
achterpaneel er af halen is 1 schroefje.

zozo.
het antwoord van de keurmeester zou zijn,
als er 1 stoel vast zit kan je via andere stoel instappen en doorschuiven.
dus bij paniek duurt het langer voordat alle achterpassagiers uit de auto zijn
hoe dan ook, ik vond het verstandiger om er niet tegen in te gaan.
en de ty raps er af te halen en de stoel gewoon te repareren.
maar ja we kunnen wel stellen de ene keurmeester is de andere niet.
